Niagara Port Services (NPS) Expands Network with New Partner Terminal in Campbell, MN
In partnership with Commtrex partner Niagara Port Services
Niagara Port Services (NPS) is proud to announce the launch of our newest partner terminal: the NPS – Campbell, MN Terminal, developed in collaboration with the Raguse family.

- Over 1 million bushels of licensed grain storage
- 54-car BNSF-served rail siding
- High-capacity reclaim systems, blending, and bulk loading
- Onsite operational control center, truck scale, and screener
This terminal becomes our third active U.S. transload location, joining Port Huron, MI and Flint, MI, where NPS currently manages dry bulk, liquid bulk, and breakbulk materials.
Looking Ahead:
In June 2026, NPS will launch its first vessel terminal operation from Thorold, ON, followed by a second facility in Red Rock, ON. These ports will offer full stevedoring services and serve as critical nodes connecting inland Canadian supply chains to global markets via the Great Lakes–St. Lawrence Seaway System.
